The 2023NitroVertical Splitboard binding was designed in collaboration with Spark R&D to create a simple yet reliable binding that is perfect for whatever adventures you want to go on. With the use of the Spark T1 baseplate and the famous reliability of Nitro highbacks, straps, and buckles, you can ensure you get not only the best fitting split binding possible butalso the highest quality that will make the hike feel effortless and the ride down comfortable and enjoyable.

High Back: ReclineHighback

The Recline Highback is a splitboard specific highback that allows for negative 11 forward lean and effortless hiking with various forward lean settings.

Buckles: Forged Aluminium Speedwheel Buckles

Made from super light and strong aluminum combined with a smooth polymer speedwheel, these buckles are lightweight, durable, won’t slip, and won’t strip.

Easy Entry Ratchets: Designed to stay out of the way when stepping in and out of your bindings, Nitro uses S curved ratchets straps for ease of access. The wide-mouth buckle funnel helps you guide the ratchet for an ultra-fast, precise bite of your buckles. Less time strapping in, more time riding!

First Track Ankle Straps with Flex Window

A padded, lightweight, and durable ankle strap with RailGuard Nylon construction. This strap adds reduced weight without sacrificing performance or comfort.

bergrip Toe Strap by Vibram

Developed in conjunction with Vibram, this toe strap combines the shape and feel of Nitros most popular to strap concept with Xstrek rubber from Vibram for superior fit, comfort, and grip through vibrations, hard landings, and wet and cold conditions.

Cable Reinforced Connectors

Over moulded stainless steel cables are placed inside of the ratchets and connector straps, eliminating stretch and allowing them to bend without breaking.
